Our skilled wedding professionals have been trained to assist with all of your wedding needs. The average tenure for our on site wedding planners is five years of experience. Our wedding professionals will listen to your specific needs and then offer recommendations based on your vision, number of attendees, and specific requirements. At the Kauai Marriott Resort & Beach Club, we understand that ever single wedding is different and unique. Based on our experiences, no two weddings are the same.
With this in mind we provide a flow and recommendation based on your needs. Our a la carte menu allows each bride and groom to specifically choose enhancements that fit your special event's vision. When your site location and wedding package is selected, our wedding professional will send you a contract and planning tools.
Once this is in place, we will provide diagrams, menus, planning tips, and specific assistance with all of the the details for your special day. And on the day of your wedding, your dedicated wedding professional will coordinate the final details for your ceremony to ensure that everything goes as planned. During your reception a Banquet Captain will be assigned to you and will be your "go to" person for anything that you need on your special night.
